Patient Wellbeing Coordinator & GTA Project Lead

Samira Javadi is SCAGO's Patient Wellbeing Coordinator and Project Lead for the GTA region. Samira is a registered Social Worker who holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Work as well as a Master of Social Work from York University. She brings a strong foundation of academic knowledge combined with extensive frontline experience across a range of public health and social service settings.
Specializing in case management, psychosocial support, and client advocacy, Samira has extensive experience working with vulnerable populations in both community and clinical settings. Her background includes supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges, as well as serving within government social services and residential care environments. Samira is deeply committed to empowering individuals, breaking down barriers to care, and promoting patient well-being. Her work is grounded in a passion for social justice and a drive for systemic change, which continue to shape her efforts to uplift and support the communities she serves.
